An exciting opportunity has recently arisen for the post of Sales Order Clerk on a Part time basis with Express Group, Malta’s leading transport and total logistics operator and the authorised distributor for Hammer Maskin, and Clark Fork Lifters.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer bookings, managing sales orders through our ERP system, issuing invoices, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and telephone skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and transport is considered an asset.
- Fluent in English and Maltese.
- A proactive team player with a results-driven approach.
