An exciting opportunity has recently arisen for the post of Office Administrator with Express Group, Malta’s leading transport and total logistics operator and the authorised distributor for Hammer Maskin, and Clark Fork Lifters.

The Office Administrator will be carrying out general administrative and related duties within the Human Resources Department.

 The selected candidate must:

  • Be computer literate.
  • Have previous experience working in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone handling skills.
  • O’level or A’Level Standard of education.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without supervision.
  • Customer Centred approach.
  • Be a strong team player.
