- O to A level standard of education
- ECDL with experience in working on Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese
- Must have at least 2 years of working experience in an office environment
- Must have secretarial skills: able to write emails and letters, format documents, work with contracts, make telephone calls and schedule appointments
- Must have good people and communication skills and good office and clerical working experience and skill
- Must show willingness and flexibility to perform a wide variety of tasks and to learn.
